Today I want to talk about legitimate work from home opportunities. We’ve started a new series of pages on the subject (CLICK HERE for the first one), and we’ll also be making more posts here in WBE’s main section!
So let’s get started!
Sometimes it seems like there are so many scams and piles of worthless information out there, that truly worthwhile work from home ideas and systems must not exist at all!
Well I’m here to say, happily they do exist - you just need to know where to look!
The Internet Is Where It’s At.
If you want to work from home, there’s no better place to start than the Internet. Even if your ultimate goal is to run a traditional, offline “bricks-and-mortar” business from home, an online business can be a great way to get started.
The low startup costs and flexible time requirements of an online business allow you to build it in your spare time. With the right knowledge, system and tools you can literally build an online business with nothing more than a computer, Internet connection and consistent action (that’s important)!
Then, as your business becomes more profitable you might choose to use the money to build a bricks-and-mortar business. Or you might decide to focus more on your online business when you see how fun and profitable it is!
Less Time and Lower Startup Costs;
Bigger Market and Higher Profits!
Online businesses take less time and money to set up and maintain, yet they can still produce excellent profits - often much more than traditional businesses. Once it’s up and running, your Internet business never “closes” unless you want it to - it continues to run 24/7, reaching a worldwide market and making sales in the process.
As a result, you wind up making more money with less work. You have the freedom to focus on growth and expansion, rather than just keeping things rolling. You work on your business, rather than in it.
There Are Many Legitimate Work From Home
Opportunities On The Internet!
There are many, many great opportunities online - with more coming available each day - and there is a massive amount of information and training available to show you exactly how to use those opportunities!
Anyone who says making money online is drying up, getting overcrowded or “only available to the big dogs” is dead wrong. The Internet, as massive as it is, is still in its infancy at this point. The playing field has never been more level, and the opportunities are everywhere if you know where to look and what to do!
As long as you use the right systems and tools, you can make a very good online living working just part-time, or an outstanding living (even millions) if you put more time and effort into it.
How to find legitimate opportunities
I won’t mislead you - you’ll need to do some digging to find legitimate work from home opportunities on the Internet.
The best way is to invest in some products that will show you how to make money working from home. These products may require a relatively small initial investment, but I assure you:
- The money you spend on these products will be a fraction of what you’d spend starting a traditional business.
- By using the information, systems, tips, techniques, tools and resources these products provide you will save money by avoiding costly mistakes, and you’ll make more money with increased profits as well!
That being the case, it’s more than worth it to spend a little money now to make lots of money with a business that succeeds because you build it right!
So How Do You Choose Products?
I have personally purchased many products and tools to help me build my businesses. The best ones, logically, come from sources that have the experience to back up what they teach. They’ve created and used the systems themselves, and they have proof that they work.
Look for products from people or companies that have “been there, done that” and have evidence to back up their claims such as proof of income, testimonials, positive reviews from independent sources, etc.
Products, systems and services from these individuals and companies are much more likely to produce the results you’re looking for.
Also, be prepared to see some “crossover” and repeated information between products. In my experience there is a central mass of “core information” - some specific to online businesses, some to all businesses - that’s required knowledge for business success. Most products cover at least some of this same core info; some go into it in depth.
Crossover isn’t a bad thing. Most of the products I’ve purchased (or downloaded for free) also contain unique info, tips, tools or other resources that continue to help me grow and improve my businesses and profits - and that makes them well worth the purchase price!
Learn to see through the hype!
You really need to look at product ads and promotions carefully. Many ads - especially for work at home products - contain very “up-front” or “hypey” sales copy and bright graphics which can make them seem a bit overdone. It’s kind of like the classic “used car salesman” stereotype of a cheesy, fast-talking, badly dressed guy who uses hype and flash to try and sell you a heap of junk.
But that’s not necessarily the case with online marketing systems and products. Some of the most effective systems I use come from products with flashy, hypey web pages and sales letters!
You need learn to look past the hype and see what the product is actually offering. What do you get for your money? Is there any sort of guarantee? Do you get any extras? And what about the individual or company offering the product? What kind of claims do they make? Do they offer testimonials? Do a search of their name(s) online and see if you can find reviews or recommendations of their products.
In short, do your research. There are a lot of good, legitimate work from home opportunities and products available - make sure you pick the ones that feel right for you!
